Instructions

Step 1
Preheat over to 425°. Combine beef with seasonings. Form into 2 patties and place on a baking sheet.

Place bacon, onion and jalapeño on the same baking sheet. Bake for 15-18 minutes.

Step 3
Meanwhile, combine mayo, sriracha and Worcestershire sauce and mix well. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Step 4
Remove pan from oven and top each burger with a slice of cheese. Return pan to oven and cook until cheese is melted.

Remove from oven. Build each burger over 1 1/2 c shredded lettuce and 1/2 c tomato. Add patty, 3 slices of bacon, 1 slice onion and jalapeño. Drizzle with sauce.
