Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 160°C
Step 2
Slice pork shoulder into strips 3-4cm wide
Step 3
Mix all ingredients in a bowl and marinate for 24 hours
Step 4
Lay marinated pork on a wire rack set over a baking tray
Step 5
Bake for 30 minutes
Step 6
Pour excess marinade into saucepan and simmer until thick
Step 7
Take out and brush with thickened marinade
Step 8
Bake for another 30 mins
Step 9
Brush again
Step 10
Bake for a final 10 minutes with the heat at 200°C
