Step 1
Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl
Step 2
Mix wet ingredients in a separate bowl
Step 3
Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix well. Batter should create a ribbon from the fork when pulled up. If too thick, add more milk. If too thin, add flour.
Step 4
Heat griddle to 325°F. Let batter sit while preheating, don't stir or otherwise touch it. (To give the baking powder time to activate)
Step 5
When griddle is preheated, spray with Pam and ladel on pancake batter to desired size.
Step 6
Let cook until the center of the pancake bubbles and the edges are partially cooked, then flip.
Step 7
Cook until center springs back when poked, then remove to plate.
