Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven 400°.
Step 2
In large bowl, stir together the flours, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Form a well in the center.
Step 3
In a blender, please together the almost frozen oils, almond milk, rice protein powder, sugar, lemon juice, vanilla, and lemon zest until smooth. Pour into flour then add frozen berries. Stir together to moisten and create soft dough. DON'T OVERMIX THE DOUGH.
Step 4
Dust work surface, divide in half, shape into disks 1" thick, cut each into 6 sections. Brush with oil and sprinkle with sugar.
Step 5
Bake 20 -22 minutes until lightly browned.
