Instructions
Step 1
Fry onions on saute mode with oil. Put aside onions. Add meat into the same oil and masala. Sauté some more.
Step 2
30 min pressure cooked 1.5 pound meat with 3 cups water. QPR completely.
Step 3
Add 3 cups washed rice (not soaked) to the yakhni (I actually poured out the yakhni to calculate how much liquid I had after yakhni was made and it was a little over 3 cups- it increased and I used it all). Add fried onions.
Step 4
Pressure cooked 5 minutes with complete NPR.
