Instructions
Step 1
Slice the pepper and dice the tomato.
Step 2
Heat the oil in the pan. Reduce the heat to medium. Add the pointed peppers and fry for about 10min stirring occasionally.
Step 3
Add the tomatoes and fry for another 5min.
Step 4
Crack the egg into the pan and stir well. Season with salt.
Step 5
Top the front center of the wrap with the menemen.
Step 6
Fold the sides of the wrap inward first. Then place the front part of the wrap over the filling and roll up under tension exercise.
Step 7
Roast on all sides. Enjoy!
