These crab cakes are the most popular dish in the United States even in Maryland. What's more amazing added on the crab cakes is the "crab cake sauce". You would see these crab cakes at restaurants mostly at casual fancy dine in restaurant or on a cruise ship. We all crave for crab cakes sometimes, & if you're craving for some crab cakes? Why Not cook it at home!

Instructions

Step 1
In a medium bowl, mix together crushed saltine crackers, dried parsley, Worcestershire, lemon juice, 2 eggs, paprika, mayo, Dijon mustard, onions, & Old Bay seasoning.
Step 2
Gently stir in the crabmeat. Shape into 6 patties. Gently set the patties on a plate & put them in fridge for about an hour.
Step 3
For the sauce, mix in all the wet ingredients & put them in the fridge for about 30 mins or more, but as you take them out leave sauce set for 20 mins at room temperature.
Step 4
To fry the crab cakes put heat on med/high heat use 1 tbsp butter & 2 tbsp vegetable oil.
Step 5
Cook the crab cakes to be sure both sides for golden brown but make sure the temperature of each crab cake is 145 & above. (Highly recommend being at temp 150 or above).
