Instructions
Step 1
Chop imitation crab meat and spring onions and add them into a large mixing bowl.
Step 2
Add cream cheese.
Step 3
Season with salt, white pepper, minced garlic, minced ginger, light soya sauce, sesame oil and onion powder.
Step 4
Mix well and this forms the fillings.
Step 5
Wrap fillings in wonton pastry by dabbing a little water on the 4 ends of the pastry and wrapping it up.
Step 6
Fry the crab rangoons.
Step 7
Prepare your own sauce to go and serve together!
