Step 1
Note: Always check fish for bones and cook to an internal temperature of 145°F.
For Grilled Mahi
Step 2
1. Preheat grill (or grill pan) on medium. Coat mahi-mahi with seasoning; brush with oil.
Step 3
2. Grill 3-4 minutes on each side until fish is 145°F and opaque.
Step 4
Squeeze with lime before serving.
For Baked Mahi
Step 5
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Season 1 1/2 Ib mahi-mahi fillets with 1 tablespoon garlic-herb seasoning, then coat with spray.
Step 6
Place on baking sheet; bake 8-10 minutes and until 145°F and opaque.
Step 7
Combine 2 tablespoons unsalted butter with 1 teaspoon Italian herb paste; top fish with mixture.
For Broiled Mahi
Step 8
Brush 1 1/2 lb mahi-mahi fillets lightly with olive oil and season with 1 tablespoon of Greek Seasoning
Step 9
Place fish on baking sheet; broil 5-6 minutes and until 145°F and opaque.
