This is a recipe that makes a nice Belgium-style waffle for a Fall breakfast and makes the house smell wonderful.

Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Beat egg white until stiff. Then beat together egg yolk, brown sugar, buttermilk, molasses and oil. Sift together dry ingredients and then mix into egg yolk mixture. Fold in the beaten egg white. Using a waffle iron, make waffles. When each is completed, place into the warmed oven on the wire rack to maintain their crispiness.
