Steak & Cheese Stuffed Peppers

Instructions

Step 1
Add oil to a pan on medium heat, add onions and cook until caramelized / softened
Step 2
Slice green peppers; add peppers and steak to the pan
Step 3
Add Montreal steak seasoning and Worcestershire sauce to pan ; cook until steak is cooked through
Step 4
Cut remaining 3 peppers in half, clean out and rub with oil, pepper and salt
Step 5
Lay pepper halves to a casserole dish
Step 6
Combine Laughing Cow cheese wedges and half of mozzarella cheese to a bowl, use a fork to combine then smear 1tbsp or so inside each pepper
Step 7
Fill each pepper with cooked steak mixture then top with remaining mozzarella cheese
Step 8
Bake at 375 for about 30 minutes
