Instructions
Step 1
Season chicken with salt and pepper. Sauté in a large pan. Once fully cooked, set aside.
Step 2
While chicken is cooking, cook rice according to directions in a separate pot.
Step 3
In the same pan, heat garlic-infused olive oil in pan, add vegetables, ginger, and scallion greens.
Step 4
As vegetables soften, add soy sauce and sesame oil. Add crushed red pepper flakes (optional).
Step 5
Add baby corns and chicken at the end until warmed.
Step 6
Top rice with vegetables and chicken.
