I'm currently on a journey to better my health and what I put into my body. I created this dish because as of day 3 of my diet was when I started craving something that would blow my progress. Now I'm not saying I won't ever eat a McChicken again but, this will sure help keep you on track if it isn't your cheat day. I feel like the next time I create this dish I would add some baking soda or starch to get it a touch crispier. Overall, I'm very happy with how this recipe turned out my parents are currently using the Weight Watchers diet and one regular McChicken is 13 to 12 points while two of these McChicken's cost them 9 points. So, the vast difference in the amount you can eat and the amount of nutrition you're getting from this recipe far surpasses what you get from your classic McChicken. Instructions
Step 1
Now we need to cut up our chicken into 1/4-inch sized pieces. We are going to grab a food processor. You need to add the chicken and seasoning into the food processor. Hit pulse until it resembles something between a paste and ground beef. You still want texture on your patties.

Once you have finished blitzing your chicken weigh out the mixture on a scale (95g each) you should be left with eight patties. Place them on a sheet tray and let it rest for thirty minutes to one hour in your fridge.

The very first step is very simple. Grab a bowl and your measuring spoons, add all your spices for your chicken seasoning to the bowl, mix with your clean fingers or a fork.

Once our chicken patties a chilled we need to set up our breading station. Crack two eggs into a bowl and mix with a bit of water to create an egg wash. Now mix your flour and seasoning for the chicken breading. Dip the patties in your egg wash. Be sure to ensure all the extra egg drips off. I like to dip all my patties and put them on a wire rack and drying my hands before dredging them in my flour mixture. coat all of your patties evenly in the breading mix. Repeat the dredging process one more time.

Turn your air fryer to 375F. Once air fryer is up to temperature, spray with your 0 calorie cooking spray, add your breaded babies into the air fryer and spray the tops with your cooking spray as well. Cook for fifteen to twenty minutes.

While that's cooking start by prepping your veg. mix together your mayo and mustard in a bowl. Toast your buns on a griddle sprayed with zero calorie cooking spray. Once those patties come out of the air fryer build your skinny Mcchicken.
