Instructions
Step 1
Boil soba noodles in rolling boiled water for 3 min or as per packet instructions. Drain and wash under cold water after boiling. Set aside
Pot
Step 2
In a large pan or pot, add chilli oil, ginger, white green onions, napa cabbage and cook for 5 min until change in color. Set aside
Step 3
Mix say sauce, chili oil, vinegar, sugar, sesame paste and 2 tbsp water to make a sauce
Step 4
In the same pan cook onions, bell peppers until soft. Add 1/2 of the sauce and cook for 2 min
Step 5
Mix the cold soba noodles, rest of the sauce and cabbage and serve with boiled eggs or omelette
