Instructions
Step 1
In a large kadai pour 1 litre of milk , and boil the milk.
Step 2
Stir occasionally, and simmer for 10 minutes.
Step 3
Combine 1 cup of milk and rice flour until lump free.
Step 4
Add in and stir continuously for 5 minutes.
Step 5
Simmer for another 5 minutes , stirring in between.
Step 6
Add cardamom powder , condensed milk and mix well till the milk thickens and turn creamy.
Step 7
In the last add khoya, and stir until fully mixed.
Step 8
Optional add saffron strands.
Step 9
Pour in serving clay bowls and garnished nuts.chill completely before serving.
