Ingredients

2 cupswater
as needed
1 Tbeef broth concentrate
1 troasted beef base
1 tablespoonoregano
1 tablespoonbasil
1 tablespoonparsley
1 tablespoononion powder
1 ½ tadobo powder
1 tablespoonitalian seasoning
1 ½ titalian sausage seasoning mix
1 ½ tcrushed red pepper flakes
1 tablespoonblack pepper
3 poundsarm roast
2 cwater
Instructions
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 250 F.
Step 2
2. In cast iron dutch oven over high heat, sear all sides of arm roast.
Step 3
3. Cover meat with bone broth concentrate, then pour water to about halfway up meat, about 1-2 C water.
Step 4
4. Add all seasonings and Better Than Bullion.
Step 5
5. Stir/turn meat to fully mix spices and coat meat.
Step 6
6. Roast in oven at 250 for 2 hours, flip meat and roast additional 2-3 hours, until meat shreds readily.
Step 7
7. Remove from oven, shred beef into juices and add enough water so that juices are desired saltiness and keep warm on stovetop or in 200 F oven until ready to serve (at least 1 hour).

8. Optional - sautee sliced peppers and onions in skillet and add 1/3 C meat juices for flavoring.
