Instructions
Step 1
Place sugar and egg in large mixing bowl and whisk until combined.
Step 2
Add vanilla and salt and whisk until combined.
Step 3
Add peanut butter and whisk until thick but smooth dough is formed.
Step 4
Line baking sheet with parchment paper. Place 6 1/4 c scoops/balls of cookie dough, spacing them apart. Freeze for 10 minutes. Preheat oven to 350deg.
Step 5
Sprinkle cookies with sea salt flakes and bake for 20-22 minutes, or until cookies have spread a little and edges are lightly browned. Cool completely.
Step 6
Dip cookies halfway into melted chocolate and place back on lined baking sheet. Refrigerate until set.
