Step 1
1.Cut the potatoes up into cubes, spray with cooking spray and season with salt, pepper, 1tsp paprika & 1tsp garlic powder

2.Cook in the air fryer on 200 for 20 minutes shaking half way (or place on a baking tray and cook in the oven on 200 for 25 minutes turning half way)

3.Meanwhile cut up the chicken breast into chunks and fry off in a pan 4.Season with salt, pepper, 1tsp garlic powder and 1tsp paprika

5.While these are cooking make your dressing and slice up the lettuce

6.In a bowl mix the Greek yogurt, light mayo, parmesan, pepper and half a tsp

7.Once the chicken and potatoes are cooked add to the bowl with the dressing

and mix well until all are coated

8.Serve up with some lettuce and salad of your choice!
