Shawarma Chicken and Rice Bowl
This is a great week night meal to make in under 30 mins. The flavors come together so nicely. I make my own shawarma seasoning but you can use store bought.

Instructions
Step 1
Sautée diced onion, garlic and carrot in one Tablespoon oil. And chicken and spices .
Step 2
Once chicken is turning brown, and chick peas, chicken broth and rest of seasonings
Step 3
Bring to boil stirring occasionally.
Step 4
Cover and turn heat down to low. Simmer 15-20 mins.
