Finely chop onion

Finely chop the garlic

grate the fresh ginger

In a pan, heat olive oil and add diced onions and sautee until translucent

add in chopped garlic and sautee until fragrant

add in ground turkey season with salt, pepper, fresh and ground ginger

Add 1/2 the soy sauce to your turkey mixture cook turkey mixture until browned and fully cooked

In another pot, fill the pot with water and bring to a boil (optional, lightly salt your water)

Once water is boiling, add in rice noodles and cook for 2-3 minutes until al dente

Drain noodles once done

add in coleslaw mix and remaining soy sauce (optional), and fish sauce, and cook until cole slaw mix is tender

Add noodles to your turkey mixture and mix
Step 13
turn off the stove and drizzle with sesame oil

Serve and enjoy!
