Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius and lightly grease 2 large ramekins.
Step 2
Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor and blitz until smooth.
Step 3
Pour 3/4 of batter into the ramekins and add 1 tbs of custard to the centre of each.
Step 4
Cover with remaining batter, press in the apple slices and sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
