Instructions
Step 1
Place all the dough ingredients except the butter in a small bowl. Using a fork, mix until combined. (It will have the consistency or a pancake batter)
Step 2
Melt butter in a 6-8 inch skillet over medium heat. Pour dough into the skillet and allow to cook on one side for 3 minutes. Cover the skillet with a lid and invert the dough into the lid. Slide the dough back into the skillet and cook the second side for about 1 minute until fully cooked. Transfer the pizza base to a plate and let cool slightly
Step 3
If you prefer your toppings hot, preheat the oven to 350F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and slide the pizza base onto it. Spread pizza sauce over the base, then arrange the tomato, goat cheese, prosciutto, over the sauce. Bake for 10 minutes
Step 4
Serve the pizza topped with basil, drizzled with olive oil and balsamic vinegar, and sprinkled with salt, pepper, and chilies, if you like
