Instructions
Step 1
Grind up mustard seeds until a fine powder
Step 2
Place in a non-reactive pot & add water
Step 3
Mix to combine
Step 4
Cook over medium heat for about 20 minutes until it forms a very thick paste
Step 5
Add vinegar and stir, cook for 5 more minutes
Step 6
Allow to cool, place in jar of your choice and keep refrigerated
