Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 Cut up chicken breasts Put 2 tbsp olive oil in bottom of 9 x 13 casserole dish and spread it around Put the chicken breast in bottom and season with salt and garlic Top with 24 oz frozen veggies Add diced tomatoes and spread around Season with Italian seasoning and half the fresh parsley Cook in oven for 40-45 covered with foil Once done sprinkle with cheese to taste and cook uncovered at 350 for another 5-10 minutes until cheese melted
