Turkey, Pomegranate, Spinach Salad

My version of a salad I ate last week in Greece. Basically, all the ingredients’ quantities can be changed to your tastes and preferences. You can’t mess this one up. Bon apetit!

Instructions
Step 1
Wash the spinach and rucola and add them to a large mixing bowl.
Step 2
Dress them with olive oil and balsamico. Add salt to taste.
Step 3
Peel the pomegranate and chopp the walnuts. Slice the leftover turkey drumstick.
Step 4
Add all the above ingredients to the bowl and mix.
Step 5
Sprinkle some feta chese on top, or gorgonzola. And the salad is ready to be served.
