Instructions

Step 1
Cut the eggs in half lengthwise. Gently remove the yolks.
Step 2
In a medium bowl, mash the yolks with a fork. Add the mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, and salt, then mix well.
Step 3
Taste the yolk mixture, and adjust the flavors if needed.
Step 4
Carefully spoon the yolk mixture evenly into the egg whites. You could also use a piping bag and your favorite tip to make it look more fancy. Sprinkle with Paprika.
Step 5
Serve fresh if you like them warm, or chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour to serve them cold.
