Instructions

Step 1
Thaw pastry sheet for 30 minutes.
Step 2
Pour veggies, spinach, and beans into 9x13 dish.
Step 3
In a large mixing bowl, combine veggie broth with 1 cup of boiling water. Whisk until fully dissolved.
Step 4
Add all remaining ingredients (except the puff pastry) to the mixing bowl. Blend with an emulsifier.
Step 5
Pour mixture over the veggies, spinach and beans. Combine.
Step 6
Cut slits and or shapes in the middle of the puff pastry to allow some air flow.
Step 7
Lay puff pastry on top of dish. Cut off any large over hang.
Step 8
Bake at 356°F for 35 minutes (until pastry is golden and flaky).
