Instructions

Step 1
Clean the zucchini flowers by removing the stems and pistils.
Step 2
Blend the flowers in a food processor with olive oil, a pinch of saffron, and Parmesan cheese. Add a small amount of warm water if needed to achieve a smooth, creamy consistency. Adjust the salt to taste.

Dice the zucchini into small cubes.
Step 4
Grill the cubes on a hot pan or grill with a small drizzle of olive oil until golden brown. Set aside for garnish.

Boil the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions (typically 8–10 minutes).

Drain the pasta and plate it directly.

Spoon the zucchini flower and saffron cream generously over the pasta.
