Step 1
Cook turkey in skillet with Taco seasoning and 1/2 cup of water.
Step 2
Let cool a few minutes.
Step 3
Clean and chop head of lettuce. Shred cheese, and drain canned items. Combine in bowl.
Step 4
Add mayonnaise and ketchup together.
