Instructions

Step 1
Fry onions and garlic for 8 minutes. Put heat at lowest setting and cook for 30 minutes until caramelised. Add chillis and stock. Simmer. Add the sake, soy sauce and brown rice miso.
Step 2
Cook noodles according to packet and drain in cold water and add oil to stop sticking. Finally add the Choi sum to the broth and cook for 2 minutes
