Instructions

Step 1
In a bowl place your warm milk , warm water , sugar and yeast into a bowl . Give a good mix and let sit on the counter for 5 minutes until yeast is frothy .
Step 2
Now add the remaining ingredients ( not your pizza toppings )
Step 3
Knead by hand or mixture for 5-10 minutes .
Step 4
Place dough into a greased bowl covered with a towel and put into a warm Place to rise around 1 hour .
Step 5
Once your dough has doubled in size remove from the bowl and divide into 8 pieces .
Step 6
Flatten out each piece and add your favourite pizza toppings . ( pepperoni , cheese ? ) any toppings you desire . Fold the dough over your toppings making sure sealed all around and roll into a ball.
Step 7
Once all your balls are stuffed and rolled up cover again on the counter for around 30 minutes .
Step 8
Flatted your dough balls around 1/4 inch thick and pan fry at low temp in small amount of butter until golden brown on both sides and cooked all the way through . Around 4 minutes each side or until the sides are no longer sticky
