Step 1
This is optional, I like to boil the Chinese sausage then cut into small pieces. If you don’t want to, you can cut into small pieces and cook it in the pan then remove. Heat oil a large pan with oil, add garlic and onions then cook until fragrant. Add the peas/carrots, imitation crab meat and Chinese sausage and cook for 2 minutes. Season with black pepper, garlic powder. Push aside and more oil and cook eggs (scramble).
Step 2
Add the cooked rice, low sodium soy sauce, fish sauce and Worcestershire sauce. Taste and adjust to your liking! Toss and cook for 3-4 more minutes. Top with green onions.
Step 3
Tip - use day old rice but if you don’t have any, cook new rice but use less water so that the rice is on the dryer side.
