Instructions

Step 1
1. Place the wings in a large bowl, Pat dry the wings and marinade. To the wings add the minced garlic, ginger paste, oyster sauce, rice vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, onion powder, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, chicken bouillon, 1 tablespoon corn starch and 1 tablespoon flour. And mix well, Cover and let marinate for 2 hours or overnight in the fridge. (If you do leave it overnight, make sure they come to room temperature before frying).
Step 2
2. Once ready to fry add in the remaining ingredients. The one egg, the rest of the corn starch and 1 more tablespoon of flour and Mix well.
Step 3
3. Heat oil either in a deep fryer or in a heavy bottom pot like a Dutch oven between 335°f to 350°f. Fit a wire rack over a rimmed baking sheet, or line the baking sheet.
Step 4
4. Deep fry the chicken wings in 3 to 4 batches until golden brown for about 8-10 minutes.
Step 5
5. While the chicken wings are frying make the lemon pepper ranch. Combine all the ingredients for the ranch together and whisk.
Step 6
6. Once all done devour and enjoy!
