Step 1
Slice steak into thin strips
Step 2
Heat your pan and spray with 1 kcal oil, before adding steak and garlic.
Step 3
After frying steak for 2-3 minutes add you're sliced mushrooms, peas and spring onions. Cook for further 2 minutes.
Step 4
Now you want to add your soy sauce and miso along with the chilli and spinach cookout for 1-2 minutes and then serve.
