Hibachi vegetables

Hibachi vegetables First up for my hibachi series is the veggies. One of my favorite things about hibachi is the veggies! I love the way there still slightly crisp. Be sure to hit that follow button so you don’t miss the rest of the series! 1 cup carrots sliced or baby 1 cup onion sliced 2 cups broccoli 1 cup zucchini cut in strips 2 tbs butter 1 tbs sesame or vegetable oil 3 cloves crushed garlic 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 tsp pepper 2 tbs teriyaki sauce 1 tbs soy sauce In a skillet over high heat add butter and oil. Melt butter then add garlic and stir until fragrant. Add onion, broccoli, carrots, and zucchini. Season with salt and pepper then add soy and teriyaki sauce. Mix well and sauté for 10 minutes stirring occasionally than serve. . . .
