Step 1
Preheat oven to 350*
Step 2
Put 1 cup of water (or milk) into pot as well as 8 Tbsp of butter

Then add 2 Tbsp of sugar and 1/4 tsp of salt

After that add 1/2 tbsp vanilla extract and boil

Once boiled turn off the heat and add 1 cup flour, mix in completely

Then let it cool, once cooled add 1 egg and fully mix it in repeat 2x after
Step 7
Then put the churro mix in a plastic bag with a small hole in the corner and squeeze out the mixture on to the pan, creating individual pieces of the churro shape
Step 8
Put tray into the oven and bake for 10 minutes, while itβs cooking lay out cinnamon sugar on flat surface
Step 9
Roll churro in cinnamon sugar until coated
