Instructions
Step 1
Fry the bacon till it is crispy, drain it on paper towels then chop or crumble it into bite sized pieces.
Step 2
In a small bowl combine the bacon, mayonnaise, lettuce and tomatoes, toss to coat evenly.
Step 3
Lay tortilla on a flat surface and pile the mixture in the center.
Step 4
Roll the tortilla to create a hand-held yummy wrap. (Note: This recipe makes 1 wrap so scale up to make as many servings as necessary.)
