Instructions

Step 1
Whisk, in a large bowl, the flour, sugar, baking powder, cocoa powder, and salt until blended together.

2. In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs until smooth. Add milk and buttermilk, vanilla, vinegar, and food coloring. Whisk until all ingredients are combined smoothly.

3. Add liquid ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir together until moistened.

Drizzle in the melted butter and stir until butter has incorporated and small flour lumps remain.
Step 5
4. Heat griddle to 350 degrees. Melt 1 T butter on the griddle. Drop batter, using a consistent measure for samr size pancakes. Cook until bubbles form and edges are dry. Flip and cook until browned on the other size.
Step 6
5. Drizzle with cream cheese glaze and serve.
