This is a classic homestyle soup that’s so comforting & delicious! It’s super quick & easy to make, healthy and a great main or side dish. I always serve this with a bowl of fresh hot rice and kimchi to my family. Enjoy!

Step 1
In a pot, heat oil over medium.
Step 2
Sauté beef till brown.
Step 3
Add water. Bring to a boil and remove scum.
Step 4
Cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
Step 5
Add radish & garlic.
Step 6
Bring to a boil and simmer for 15 minutes.
Step 7
Season with salt & pepper, soy sauce and sesame oil.
Step 8
Garnish with green onions. Enjoy!
