Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Step 2
In a large cupcake pan, place 4-5 tater tots in the bottom of each well. Bake for 10 minutes.

Remove pan from oven and while still hot, press down the tater tots until they are flat and have formed a base crust. Set aside.

In a small pan, sauté onions for 2 minutes (or until translucent) on medium heat.

Add in ground beef and seasonings. Cook until brown.

In a small bowl, whisk together corn starch and water. Add to pan along with soup and green beans. Bring to a simmer for 1 minute then remove from heat.

Fill your cupcake mold until 3/4ths full with the meat and top with remaining tater tots.

Bake for 35 minutes. Make sure the tater tots on top have browned fully. Let cool slightly before unmolding.
