Instructions
Step 1
Chop the onion. Fry with some oil until it tastes sweet naturally.
Step 2
Make couscous per the instructions.
Step 3
Mix the onion with tuna, cilantro, egg and flour to make tuna patties.
Step 4
Cook patties on medium-low heat with lid on, both sides.
Step 5
Wash kale (if necessary), remove roots and massage it in sesame oil to reduce bitterness.
Step 6
Add chopped carrot and red onion to kale, then squeeze in lime.
Step 7
Take lid off tuna patties and cook them on high heat to brown both sides.
Step 8
Chop the spring onions and sprinkle on top.
