Instructions

Step 1
Set oven to 177C (fan) and grease a 9x6” loaf pan.
Step 2
Add your flour, bicarbonate of soda, salt and cinnamon to a bowl and mix together. Leave to the side
Step 3
Melt your butter, then add your sugar and beat with an electric whisk for 3 minutes
Step 4
Add and beat one egg at a time
Step 5
Add your yoghurt, mashed banana, vanilla extract and beat again
Step 6
On a low speed, add your flour mix and best slowly
Step 7
Once all mixed, add your chocolate chips and fold through.
Step 8
Pour into your greased tin, and bake for 60-65 minutes. After 25 minutes, cover with some foil to avoid burning.
Step 9
After 60-65 minutes, take it out the oven and using a wooden skewer, make sure it’s cooked. You will know it’s cooked if the skewer comes out clean. Leave covered until cool, then slice up. I am serving mine with homemade cashew butter and jam. Enjoy!
