Instructions
Step 1
1. Place lamb, onion, spices and stock in a saucepan.
Step 2
To microwave: Place lamb, onion, spices and BOILING stock in a casserole and stir well.

2. Bring to the boil, cover and simmer for 1¼ hours or until the meat is tender.
Step 4
To microwave: Cook for 10-12 minutes, stirring twice, until boiling. Cover and cook ON MEDIUM (50%) for 20 minutes, stirring once.
Step 5
3. Add fruit and bring back to the boil.
Step 6
To microwave: Stir in fruit and cover.
Step 7
4. Simmer for 15 minutes.
Step 8
To microwave: Cook on MEDIUM (50%) for 15 minutes.
Step 9
5. Serve with cooked rice.
