1 lblean ground beef
uncooked, 95 to 97%, cooked Lean
1 tspgarlic powder
ΒΎ tspsalt
ΒΌ tspblack pepper
1 tspdried oregano leaves
1 tspdried basil leaves
2 cupsfresh cauliflower
roughly chopped
ΒΌ cupparmesan cheese
fresh grated
2 cupsmarinara sauce

1 Β½ cupsreduced fat shredded mozzarella cheese
2 ozturkey pepperoni slices

Instructions
Step 1
Over medium high heat, cook ground beef in a large skillet. Add garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the meat. Drain grease once cooked all the way. Remove from heat.
Step 2
Add dried oregano, dried basil, cauliflower, parmesan cheese, marinara sauce and 1 oz of turkey pepperoni that has been cut into fourths to the ground beef until combined. Pour into a 9x13β baking dish that has been sprayed lightly with cooking spray.
Step 3
Cook on 350Β° for 25 min covered.
Step 4
Top with mozzarella cheese and additional 1 ounce of turkey pepperoni on top. Cook for an additional 5 min or until cheese has melted.
