Instructions
Step 1
Season with salt and pepper. Coat the pork with flour then egg and panko. Pan fry until golden brown and thoroughly cooked. Cool on a rack so that it stays crispy.
Step 2
Add 2 tbsp to a pan and cook the potatoes and carrots and onions. Add water and the curry cubes according to package instructions. Cook until the potatoes/carrots are fork tender.
