Step 1
1. Mix Okonomiyaki flour, eggs, and water in a bowl.

2. Add cabbage, green onion and mix.
Step 3
3. Heat pan on medium heat , add oil and spread oil.
Step 4
4. Spread the batter in a circle on the pan.
Step 5
5. Place 4 sliced pork belly on top of okonomiyaki and cook covered for 5 minutes.
Step 6
6. Flip over. Press the okonomiyaki, cover and cook for another 5 minutes.
