Instructions
Step 1
Start heating a pan with a small quantity of olive oil and when is hot, ease down the sausages. Cook the sausages until they are well done. Remove the sausages from the heat and let them cool.

In the same frying pan where we cooked the sausage, stew the broccoli rabes. When they are soft enough, remove from the heat and let the cool with the sausages.

When both sausage and broccoli rabe are cold, chop them in pieces. You can make as big as you prefer. Cut then the bread in half, place both sausage and broccoli rabe. If you are in the mood for some chili, you can add it.

Add mozzarella slices on top and close your sandwich before warming it up for few minutes.
