Instructions

Step 1
1. Chop mozzarella into small pieces and set aside for later.
Step 2
2. Put tomatoes and some of the oil into a pan with the spaghetti.
Step 3
3. Add the onion, red pesto and water to the pan, season with salt and pepper, bring to a boil.
Step 4
4. Cook until pasta is submerged, then for a further 11 mins, stirring often.
Step 5
5. Stir in the mozzarella, cook for 1 min, then serve.
