Instructions
Step 1
Mix the flour with baking powder and salt.
Step 2
Whisk eggs, add yoghurt and oil.
Step 3
Combine liquid and dry ingredients, add ajvar, finely chopped parsley and cheese.
Step 4
Put into muffin baking tray and bake in a pre-heated oven on 200 degrees celsius for half an hour.
