This may be my new favorite way to eat ground turkey. My boyfriend doesn’t usually like ground turkey, so we decided to try to find an unusual way to use it to see if it’d make him like it more - and it worked!

Step 1
Boil your water and prepare your noodles
Step 2
In an oiled pan over medium high heat, add your onion and stir occasionally for 3-5 minutes or until translucent
Step 3
Add in your ground turkey and cabbage, stirring often, for around 5 minutes
Step 4
Add the kale, and all seasonings, sauces, and garlic. Let it cook for another 5 minutes
Step 5
Once your noodles are cooked, add it to the skillet and mix so that they soak up the sauce and the flavor of the turkey. Another 2 minutes. If needed, add another tbsp of soyaki and more sriracha so that the noodles get more color
